A Little Bit of Art was founded in 2018 by local artist, Mary Steenwyk.
Mary previously owned an art store and studio in south Florida in the 1970’s before putting her career on hold to raise a family. Recently, she had the opportunity to do it again in her newly adopted town of Belmont, NC and didn't hesitate. She looks forward to welcoming you and helping you with your creative project.

More and more, people today are looking for creative outlets and ways to connect with others. With that in mind, we offer opportunities to experience the thrill of creating your own work of art using glass, canvas, ceramics, wood, or clay, all while spending time with friends and family. It's a great way to de-stress and
have fun.
At A Little Bit of Art, we long to pass on our love for art and show people that they, too, can create with the right kind of help and instruction. No experience is necessary; students are walked through every step. All supplies are provided.
